RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Arka Jaipur, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do our best to ensure a seamless shopping experience, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our customer support team is here to help.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • 7 Day Refunds or Returns: As per our store policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns after 7 days.

  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale, with discount codes, or using gift cards are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.

  • Colour Variation: Product colours may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings. Colour differences will not be accepted as valid reasons for return or exchange.

  • Hygiene Concerns: Due to hygiene reasons, piercings (such as earrings) cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Unboxing Video: To ensure a smooth claims process, we highly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order.

IF YOUR JEWELLERY IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:

If your product arrives broken or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:

Email Us:

    • Send an email to arkajaipur@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    • Use your order number as the subject line.

Attach clear images and an unboxing video showing the damage.

 

Return Process:

If your request is approved, we'll arrange a return.

Repack the item in its original packaging with the receipt/invoice included.

What Happens Next:

Replacement: We'll send a replacement to your provided address. Please notify us if your address/contact details have changed.

Out of Stock: If the item is unavailable, you’ll receive a gift card for the full product amount (excluding shipping) to use for future purchases.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Shipment:

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by emailing arkajaipur@gmail.com

Your order will be cancelled, and you’ll receive a full refund within 7 business days of processing the request.

After Shipment:

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been dispatched.
